Shared Services Center
The Shared Services Center (CSC) of MBRF is where the behind-the-scenes action takes place, making all the difference in the company's results. We act as a strategic and robust hub of solutions, connecting different areas of the business and concentrating essential activities for the operation in Brazil and worldwide. At the CSC, we are responsible for back-office processes in the areas of Finance, Controllership, Tax, and Human Resources, in addition to directly supporting the sales force. Our focus is on executing with excellence, efficiency, and scale, ensuring standardization, governance, and compliance in all processes. More than just executing routines, we directly contribute to the sustainability and performance of MBRF through best practices and continuous improvement.
