What will you be doing at Banvit MBRF?

• Analyze employee productivity by task, identify performance gaps, and benchmark against industry standards
• Manage the Master Plan across tasks, processes, units, and simulate future production volumes and extra capacity needs
• Oversee video-based work measurement and methodology; identify best practices, manage improvement projects, and maintain a video library of activities
• Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to explore and implement innovative solutions
• Drive process improvements and CAPEX initiatives focused on profitability, while ensuring alignment with safety, quality, and cost objectives
• Support factories in managing productivity, headcount, volume planning, vacation schedules, and absenteeism in line with master plans
• Manage Chrono Analysis Matrix, process flows/scripts, new SKU integration, employee allocation, and UEP/Kg variance analysis
• Validate nominal production capacities data entered in Otimix

What kind of profile are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering
• Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial processes, preferably in the food industry
• Understanding of lean manufacturing, routine management tools (SDCA) and improvement projects (PDCA)
• Previous experience with production planning, chrono analysis, efficiency and headcount optimization, cost control, and operational excellence
• Knowledge of ‘Assembly Line Balancing’ with a flow-oriented production strategy to improve productivity
• Strong command of Microsoft Office tools
• Advanced English proficiency (required)
• Based in Bandırma or willing to relocate (required)
