What will you be doing at Banvit MBRF?

• Manage complaints and claims for customers, consumers, key customers, global accounts, distributors, and branches
• Monitor, validate, and classify customer and consumer complaints
• Contribute to Customer Service projects (e.g., digitalization initiatives)
• Follow strictly standard complaints management processes, including workflow, documentation and continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with BRF commitments and service standards
• Comply with MBRF’s corporate policies, standards, and quality systems
• Work in compliance with ISO 9001:2015, FSSC, and HSE guidelines

What kind of profile are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Business Administration or Food Engineering
• English proficiency (highly desirable)
• Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office tools (Excel/Word/PowerPoint)
• Based in Bandırma (required)
