What will you be doing at Banvit MBRF?

• Review and develop HR policies, procedures, and standards, ensuring consistent application across locations in line with business and legal requirements
• Ensure full compliance with Turkish Labor Law and Collective Labor Agreements
• Lead HR compliance and audit activities, monitor risks, prepare corrective and preventive actions
• Review and establish a framework for employee relations and disciplinary practices, ensuring fairness and consistency across investigations
• Support the interpretation and implementation of labor legislation and identify areas of risk
• Provide insights, recommendations, and risk mitigation plans to HR leadership

What kind of profile are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Labor Economics and Industrial Relations, Human Resources Management, or a related field
• Minimum 3-4 years of relevant work experience
• Solid knowledge of labor law and HR processes
• Experience with union relations and related procedures
• Good understanding of disciplinary processes
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Living in Bandırma or open to relocation
