What will you be doing at Banvit MBRF?

• Manage and maintain employee data in HR systems, ensuring accuracy, consistency and compliance across processes
• Support key employee lifecycle processes, including hiring, onboarding, employee changes and transfers
• Prepare HR reports, presentations and people insights to support business and HR decision-making
• Provide day-to-day support to employees and HR teams on HR systems, processes and system-related issues
• Partner with HR Business Partners and Payroll teams on employee data, compensation changes and system updates
• Contribute to HR transformation projects by supporting project plans, timelines, milestones and implementation activities
• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of HR digital tools and platforms
• Identify opportunities to simplify HR processes, improve data quality and enhance the overall employee experience
• Keep up with emerging HR technology trends and bring new ideas to how we work

What kind of profile are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resources, preferably within HR operations, HR systems or a similar environment
• Fluent English is required; Arabic is a plus
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors / Employee Central or similar HR systems is a strong advantage
• Good understanding of core HR processes, policies and employee lifecycle practices
• Comfortable working with HR data, reporting and digital tools
• Currently based in Istanbul
