What will you be doing at MBRF?

• Manage product availability across assigned Traditional Trade customers, ensuring a high level of customer service and smooth day-to-day sales operations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while supporting the development of new business opportunities within the assigned territory
• Work closely with customers to understand their needs and ensure effective execution of sales and service activities
• Coordinate with Finance and Logistics teams to support order fulfillment, product availability and other daily operational requirements
• Collaborate with Trade Marketing, Merchandising and Sales Excellence teams to ensure effective execution in the market
• Prepare and maintain accurate weekly and monthly reports and submit required information within agreed timelines
• Represent the company professionally and operate in line with company policies, HSE standards, food safety requirements and applicable procedures

What kind of profile are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Previous experience in a sales channel, preferably as a Sales Executive or Merchandiser
• Good command of Arabic and basic English, both written and spoken
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to prepare weekly and monthly reports
• Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage
