What will you be doing at MBRF?
- Coordinate and maintain the Integrated Management System (IMS) across GCC factories and MENA Logistics, ensuring alignment with corporate governance requirements and management system standards.
- Manage the lifecycle of normative documents, including review, validation, approval, publication, distribution, archiving, and version control.
- Monitor document review cycles and ensure timely updates, traceability, and communication of approved revisions to relevant stakeholders.
- Support compliance with SOX controls, certification requirements, and management system standards through monitoring, reporting, and follow-up activities.
- Coordinate preparations for internal and external audits, manage auditor requests, and support the closure of audit findings and corrective actions.
- Monitor contract validity and renewal timelines for logistics providers and warehouses, ensuring documentation is properly maintained for governance and audit purposes.
- Support insurance-related submissions, contract governance activities, and financial integrity control follow-up.
- Coordinate training and awareness initiatives related to compliance, governance, document control, and management systems.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and status updates for management review and decision-making.
- What kind of profile are we looking for?
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Technical, Natural Sciences, or a related discipline.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is considered an advantage.
- 1-2 years of experience in Integrated Management Systems, Compliance, Internal Controls, Governance, Quality Systems, Audit Coordination, or Business Process Management.
- Experience supporting ISO-based management systems, SOX controls, audits, or document management processes is preferred.
- Exposure to manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, or FMCG environments would be advantageous.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Experience with SharePoint or document management platforms is preferred.
