What will you be doing at MBRF?
The HR Analyst supports business leaders and employees in delivering key HR initiatives and day-to-day people processes. The role partners with managers to support talent management, employee relations, performance management, engagement, and organizational effectiveness while ensuring compliance with company policies and HR standards.
- Business Partnering Support - Act as a trusted HR advisor to managers and employees, providing guidance on HR policies, processes, and employee-related matters while building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. Ensure business needs are effectively reflected in HR initiatives, policies and procedures are clearly communicated and consistently applied, and complex employee issues are escalated appropriately when required.
- Talent & Performance Management - Support the execution of performance management cycles, calibration discussions, talent reviews, succession planning activities, and development initiatives.
- Employee Relations - Provide first-level employee relations support, assist with investigations and disciplinary processes, and help ensure consistent application of company policies.
- Employee Lifecycle Management - Manage employee movements including onboarding, transfers, promotions, organizational changes, and offboarding processes.
- Organizational Effectiveness - Support organizational structure updates, position management activities, and HR data maintenance to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Learning & Development - Support training needs analysis, learning initiatives, and development programs in partnership with business leaders and the Talent team.

- HRIS systems management and data reporting (SAP Success Factors experience is a plus but not mandatory)

- Exposure to performance management, talent management, recruitment, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Experience working in a matrix or multinational environment is an advantage.
