What will you be doing at MBRF?

  • Act as the key liaison between Operations and external authorities (ZATCA, Customs and relevant government entities) to ensure smooth customs and duty-related processes
  • Manage duty claims, refunds, customs documentation and Bayan transactions while ensuring compliance with local regulations
  • Monitor budget, cost allocations, GL accounts and material cost reporting, ensuring financial accuracy
  • Support purchase requisitions, purchase orders and payment follow-up processes
  • Prepare management reports, KPIs, presentations and departmental performance updates
  • Contribute to process improvements, internal controls, policies and cross-functional projects while maintaining accurate documentation

What kind of profile are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customs, duty management, finance operations or a similar function
  • Experience working with government authorities and customs-related processes is highly preferred
  • Good understanding of budgeting, financial controls, cost allocation and reporting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and ERP systems such as SAP
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic or Portuguese is considered an advantage
  • Currently based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, or willing to relocate to Jeddah
