Job Description

• Drive the Breaded Growth Agenda and Value Added in whole sale, and managing the full commercial part of Sadia club and Identify the real partner with long term agreements.
• Develop and execute Wholesale Channel Development initiatives. and Identify growth opportunities across customers, regions and product categories, and provide commercial actions to maximize sales and profitability
• Analyze customer performance against KPIs, develop joint business plans with key wholesale customers, and identify underperforming accounts and implement recovery plans.
• Monitor market trends, pricing and competitor activities, and analyze distribution gaps and growth potential, Plan the MSL, assortment and channel optimization opportunities.
• Analyze sales, margins and promotional effectiveness, monitor SKU performance, and recommend actions to improve product mix and profitability
• Support annual business planning, and prepare sales forecasts, and monitor target achievement and recommend corrective actions
• Responsible for negotiating annual business development agreements (BDA) under the guidelines of channel managers, ensuring max benefits is obtained and investment is utilized.
• Follow and track on the credit limit and payment term and ensure financial facility provided to the top customers.
• Comply with BRF Sustainability Policy guidelines, ensure adherence to BRF Sustainability Plan through activities in its routines that promotes compliance with the indicators and global ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) commitments of the Company, ensuring the connection between its actions and sustainable development in the BRF chain.

Academic Background

• Bachelor’s Degree in business administration of any related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales and related business development
