What will you be doing at MBRF?
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards and programs across operations
- Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments and ergonomic evaluations, identifying unsafe conditions and ensuring timely corrective actions
- Record and follow up on incidents, accidents, near misses, unsafe conditions and behavioral deviations
- Support and participate in incident investigations, root cause analysis and action planning
- Monitor HSE KPIs and contribute to safety committees, working groups and improvement initiatives
- Ensure employees and visitors receive appropriate HSE training, including regular toolbox talks and safety awareness activities
- Monitor the correct use and availability of PPE and support compliance with safe working practices
- Coordinate fire protection activities, emergency preparedness, drills and related documentation
- Maintain HSE procedures, records and reports in line with company standards and local legal requirements
- Work closely with Production, Maintenance, Quality, Logistics, HR and other teams to strengthen the overall safety culture
What kind of profile are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma with a relevant professional qualification in Health, Safety & Environment
- Minimum 2 years of HSE experience, preferably within an industrial, manufacturing or similar operational environment
- Professional HSE certifications such as NEBOSH IGC, IOSH and/or OSHA
- Registration/certification in Kawader as an HSE Professional or Practitioner
- Good knowledge of OSHA frameworks, occupational health & safety practices and local regulatory requirements
- Familiarity with risk assessment, incident investigation, emergency response and fire safety processes
- Knowledge of SAP and Ariba is an advantage.
- Native Arabic and business-level English
- Flexibility to work different schedules when operationally required, including night shifts, weekends and holidays
- Currently based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, or willing to relocate to Jeddah
