Job Description

• Follow & Implement policies regarding warehouse   Order management, Ensuring Picking & Loading in a flexible & efficient manner to achieve operational excellence & make the deliveries in a timely & Customer focused manner.
• Maintain the punctuality of receiving, issuance and dispatching as per agreed cut off time
• Involve &   Implement the “Quality Assurance” policies and strategies
• Participate in the development of the area yearly expenses budget, and manage it on daily basis
• Manage the warehouse Ambient and cold store operations capabilities and process in order to maximize the utilization of the Warehouse resources
• Maintain the Warehouse (cold and ambient store) Inventory Records Accuracy and sustainable inventory control & management system
• Maintaining stock level, follow up delivery and Materials Requirement Planning ( MRP) process
• Assure the minimum work conditions to all employees of the warehouse (Cold and ambient store)
• Train & educate the operations team, to pass them the company policy and procedure
• Implement the Health and Safety and Environmental program for the cold and ambient store
• Spread to the team the BRF corporate management culture
• Motivate the employees to bring out their best enterprise
• Develop, manage and routinely follow-up the inventory integrity procedures and results, aiming to have an on-time accuracy between book and physical stock
• Need to perform regular cycle count in warehouse to have accurate inventory or action plan in case in diversions.
• Implement the corporate policies of Quality Assurance of the products in all the steps of the
• Plan and manage the weekly operation projection (stock, inbound, outbound) in order to plan the proper resources with antecedence
• Develop, implement, adapt and manage operation policies and procedures in order to achieve the best utilization of the operation resources and capabilities, minimizing the associated risks.
• Continues developing new flow or procedure to improve warehouse operation.
• Conduct physical inventory counts with Controlling team in all warehouse areas and create inventory documents for adjustment.
• Conduct and monitor physical counts related to Warehouse Assets Management
• Define and establish (as a routine) a management system of KPI`s, with clear responsibilities, authorities and metrics
• Attending meeting with Procurement, Maintenance and other departments.
• Comply with all food safety HACCP requirements and pre-requirements within the workplace.
• Comply with all Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) requirements within the workplace.
• Ensure the 5S compliance within the workplace.
• Comply with Good Manufacturing Process and Food Defense requirements, and other applicable procedure related to the scope of the job.
• Comply with Environmental requirements as per Policy
• Conduct the safety route in different areas.
• Reduce the mean time of repair (MTTR) in the lines, through effective presence in the line.
• Comply with BRF Sustainability Policy guidelines, ensure adherence to BRF Sustainability Plan through activities in its routines that promotes compliance with the indicators and global ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) commitments of the Company, ensuring the connection between its actions and sustainable development in the BRF chain.

Academic Background

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering ( Major in Industrial ) or Business Administration or any relevant qualifications
